What problems does SCMSigma help a distributor address?
SCMSigma helps teams identify stock-out risks, review slow-moving inventory and decide what to reorder. Forecasts, lead times and stock positions provide the basis for those decisions. Results depend on the business and the data supplied.
Can I see how a purchase recommendation was calculated?
The app shows demand forecasts, safety stock, reorder points, supplier lead times and quantities already on order. Planners can inspect these inputs and adjust their plan.
How do I bring in data from my current system?
Use the items-and-stock and sales-history CSV templates in Company setup. Export your records from your existing system, map them to the templates and review the import preview before confirming. Ready-made accounting and POS connectors are not currently included.
Does the demo show real customer data?
The demo uses a sample distributor. The catalogue scale test uses synthetic data. These examples let you explore the software without uploading business records.
How do shared company workspaces work?
Core planning and stock operations support shared workspaces when cloud accounts and the database are configured. Several advanced workbooks currently run in demo and browser workspaces. Confirm the deployment and module coverage for your team before introducing live business data.
