For US distributors and inventory teams

Know what to stock.
Make your next move.

Turn sales history, stock positions and supplier lead times into a clearer purchasing plan. Start with your inventory data and a focused planning pilot.

Interactive demo uses sample business data. Create a signed-in company for shared records.

Build a usable item catalog

Add SKUs, scan supported product barcodes and preview CSV changes before saving. Imports protect the stock of existing items.

Keep supplier evidence close

Store W-9 forms, certificates, contracts and images beside the supplier. In cloud companies, documents use private storage and role checks.

Give every person a clear role

Owners retain all controls. Buyers, warehouse staff, accountants and sales teams get navigation for their work, with one staff directory.

Clear scope before rollout.

US mode currently covers inventory, demand planning and purchase preparation in USD. US tax invoicing, payment processing and tax filing are not enabled. Set the market profile before importing real records; existing balances are never converted automatically.

Blockchain workflows use an Amoy testnet service and separate approval steps. They do not send supplier payments. Supplier documents are uploaded evidence, not an automatic verification service.

Commercial pricing, implementation, support, security requirements and service terms must be agreed for a production rollout. The public demo does not start a subscription or collect a payment.

Start with the records you already have.

Use the item and supplier templates, try a barcode entry, and see how access changes for different staff roles. A pilot lets your team validate the planning process before a broader deployment.
